Habgood Road London IG8 -  Habgood Road is a traditional 1930’s semi-detached house in Loughton. The house had an unconventional and tired layout which was in need of updating. We were employed to do a two-storey rear extension, creating additional bedrooms upstairs and combine all the ground floor elements into one broad family room. Completed in 2021

Alma Road London E4 –  Our clients at Alma Road found themselves in a situation similar to many Londoners living in an early 20th Century terrace. They had a small galley kitchen which they wanted to modernise and incorporate into the living areas. The solution was a relatively small extension which would transform their home, creating a focal point for the whole family. Completed in 2016
Pentney Road London E4 -  The brief was to achieve a 4-bed detached new build house on a ‘leftover’ plot in Chingford. During a difficult and lengthy planning process, we achieved all our clients goals by arranging the single-storey house around lightwells and basements. Completed in 2022
Holding a prominent elevated location on The Avenue, E4. Space 120 Architects were commissioned to add a contemporary extension to the single-family dwelling. The addition carefully balanced the stepped modern kitchen extension with a traditional Highams Park 1930’s semi.
